We work with our pool of delivery partners regularly, so if they weren’t performing, we would know.
PRE-APPROVED, FOR PEACE OF MIND
With every contractor we refer to, comes an assurance that they have been vetted in advance. We check all our partners against industry, financial, health and safety, and insurance criteria so you don’t have to.
OUR STANDARDS
We check that all our partners hold the right accreditations for the work they do, and will advise you on what is appropriate.
This includes any required industry standards, and normally includes TrustMark registration. Our renewable energy generation installers are MCS certified.
For most grant-funded work, or if you request it, we and our contractors can work to government PAS (Publicly Available Specification) 2035.
YOUR EXPERT ADVISER
One of our Retrofit Coordinators will advise you on the improvements that would suit your home and how to have them installed. They are independent of the installation partners.
If you choose to work with one of our partners, our Coordinator will oversee the works and sign them off when completed, ensuring the renovation meets our standards.
