Hammersmith & Fulham

100 homeowners and landlords in the area can receive for FREE an Ecofurb Plan (normally costing £600).

Hammersmith & Fulham Council is working to improve homes and reduce carbon emissions across the borough. That’s why they have partnered with Ecofurb to offer 100 free Ecofurb Plans, to help homeowners and landlords transform their properties into low carbon homes which are cheaper to run.

An Ecofurb Plan:
• shows how much you can reduce carbon emissions and energy bills
• and gives an insight into how much works are likely to cost

01 APPLICATION

  1. Complete the application form below
  2. Plans will be allocated on a first come first served basis pending approval of your application

02 HOME SURVEY AND ECOFURB PLAN

  1. We survey your home so we can recommend suitable improvements.
  2. We send you a detailed Ecofurb Plan.
  3. You can book a 30 minute follow up call to ask any questions.

The Ecofurb Plan makes it easy to see how you can make home improvements to have the biggest impact on carbon emissions and energy bills. It shows the likely costs, benefits, and the best order to approach this work alongside any other refurbishment you might be planning.

03 NEXT STEPS

  • If you would like to, you can work with Ecofurb on next steps including contractor referrals. You can find out more here

To be eligible for a free Ecofurb Plan you should:

  • own a property in Hammersmith & Fulham
  • intend to install energy efficiency improvements and to self fund part or all of these works (however, accessing a free Ecofurb Plan does not commit you to carrying out works)

Plans will be allocated on a first come first served basis to eligible applicants. Please see terms and conditions for further details.

Your application for an Ecofurb Plan has been received
1. Do you own the property and is it in the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham? *
2. When was this property built? *
6. Have you received, or are you aware that you are eligible for, Local Authority Delivery Green Homes Grant (LAD) or Energy Company Obligation (ECO) funding? We ask this for statistical reasons that could help with designing future schemes.
7. What is your household annual income band? We ask this for statistical reasons that could help with designing future schemes, and so we can send information that may be relevant about other grants.
8. Are you from a Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic background? We ask this to understand whether our communications reach people from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
9. Do you give consent for Parity Projects to hold and use the data you’ve given in questions 8 (ethnicity) and 7 (income)? You can read more about how and why this is processed, and how we share it with London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham in our privacy notice. *
